When I was younger, I was forced to take piano lessons (ugh). There were shelves next to the piano, and my mum had a book about Twiggy - think it may have been her autobiography - anyway, I would always stop my practise and read it…well, look at the pictures anyway. I think that’s where my eye make up obsession may have started. I’ve always absolutely adored heavy eye make up. Twiggy actually used to draw on the lower eyelashes she has - she was a bit of a trendsetter, she began that whole 60s doll look. Very cool.
